Priority for Subscribers: Subscribers are given priority each month, with automatic payment processed on the 2nd of each month.

Open Spots: Any remaining sets for new subscribers or one-time buyers can be purchased between the 3rd and 15th of the month.

Production Period: To allow for smooth production, mystery sets are not available for purchase from the 16th of each month to the 1st of the following month.

Shipping: All mystery sets are shipped on the 1st of the month.

For the first month, payment is made at the time of subscription on the website. For example, if you subscribe on December 6th, your first mystery set will ship on January 1st.

On January 2nd, you will receive an email with a link to activate your subscription for that month. This step is required only for the second month due to website limitations.

After this, payments are fully automatic. On the 2nd of each month, your subscription will be charged, and your set will ship on the 1st of the following month.

You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by emailing jenifercox@thecoxstudio.com. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the next payment date, otherwise the month will be charged.
