These terms apply to every order and to the use of thecoxstudio.com, which is run by The Cox Studio in Dublin, Ireland. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

Orders are taken in limited numbers on a first come, first served basis, during the ordering window shown on the How to Order page.

Every custom order starts with a Sizing Kit and a consultation. When your design is agreed, you receive a personal checkout link. Payment must be completed by midnight, Irish time, on the same day to secure your spot.

Prices are in euro and are shown at checkout. If a price or product detail is shown incorrectly, The Cox Studio may correct it and contact you before your order is processed. The Cox Studio may also refuse or cancel an order, and if so you receive a full refund.

All orders begin with a mandatory Sizing Kit to ensure a perfect fit. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate sizing based on this kit. Incorrect sizing is not eligible for refunds, replacements or adjustments.

The Cox Studio offers a wide range of 14 shapes and lengths, from XXS to Long, in 6 available styles. Once sizing is confirmed and a shape is selected, no changes can be made to the nail tips. The final nails are made using the exact tip selected, with no alterations to shape, length or curvature.

These are professional gel tips, designed to keep their structure and durability. They cannot be reshaped into a different style. In some rare cases, minor modifications such as slightly rounding corners or softening edges may be possible for an additional fee, but this does not apply to major shape changes.

If you are unsure or unhappy with the selected tip, you are welcome to try another shape before ordering. Please do not order expecting the tips to be reshaped or restructured, as this is outside what is physically possible and cannot be accommodated.

Colors may look different depending on lighting, screen settings and device displays. Photos on social media, the website or in messages may not reflect the exact shade in real life. The Cox Studio is not responsible for perceived color differences caused by these variations. To compare colors in person before ordering, you can buy a Shade Finder, which includes real gel samples.

Designs created by other artists are never copied exactly. Reference images are used for inspiration only, and are interpreted in The Cox Studio's signature style, adapted to your nail length, size and proportions.

Slight variation in color or appearance can happen because of lighting, screen differences or hand-painted elements. This is not considered a flaw.

It is the client's responsibility to make sure all order details are accurate before purchase. This includes:

• Nail shape preferences
• Color choices
• Design references (text and/or images)
• Correct nail sizing

Incomplete, vague or incorrect instructions may result in a set that does not meet your expectations. If something is not explicitly stated, it cannot be assumed. No refunds or replacements are offered because of miscommunication or missing details on the client's part.

Every set is made to order, so orders cannot be changed or cancelled once payment is made. Please check every detail before you pay.

If The Cox Studio cancels an order for any reason, you receive a full refund.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are not available. Every custom set is made to order just for you, and for hygiene and health reasons, this applies to all products, including ready to ship sets, nail & cuticle oil and decals.

If you think there is a quality issue with your order, send an email or Instagram DM with your order number and photos, and it will be looked into. Application concerns are not treated as quality concerns, so please review the application guide before reaching out.

This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer, for example if an item is faulty or not as described.

Processing times, delivery estimates, customs, and what happens if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged are explained on the Shipping and Returns page, which is part of these terms.

In short: the responsibility of The Cox Studio ends once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Untracked shipping is at the customer's own risk. Damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.

All products are intended for their designated use only. Clients must follow all provided instructions carefully. If you have any allergies, sensitivities or underlying medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before use.

The Cox Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from incorrect use, failure to follow instructions, individual sensitivities or improper storage. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept out of reach of children.

By purchasing, you accept responsibility for how the products are used. The Cox Studio is not responsible for any undesired outcome related to product application, removal, reaction or performance.

All nail sets include adhesive tabs by default. Glue is not included and must be purchased separately through the website if desired.

The Cox Studio does not manufacture any glue products and is not responsible for their ingredients, performance or compatibility with your skin or nails. If you choose to use glue, whether purchased from the website or elsewhere, you do so at your own risk.

If you experience any irritation or reaction, stop using it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. The Cox Studio accepts no liability for issues related to adhesive use, including application, removal, reaction or performance.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

FIRSTORDER10 gives 10% off a first Custom Art Tier set. It is valid for new clients only and is not valid on other items.

SHIPPING100 gives free tracked worldwide shipping on orders over €100. It cannot be combined with any other discount code or offer, and bundles are not eligible.

Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Loyalty points expire after one full year with no nail set purchases. Purchases of other products, such as nail & cuticle oil, decals, tools or gift vouchers, do not count as activity.

The Nail Mail Club is a monthly subscription. Billing happens on the 1st of each month.

Minimum commitment: you must complete at least 2 orders before you can cancel.

Cancellation window: you can only cancel before the 25th of each month. If you cancel after that date, billing continues on the 1st for the next cycle.

Designs, photos, text and other content on this site belong to The Cox Studio and may not be copied, resold or used without written permission. Products are for personal use only and may not be resold.

Photos or reviews you send are only shared with your permission.

How personal information is collected and used is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Clients may receive updates, priority custom slot availability and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Essential emails about your order, such as status, tracking and design clarifications, are sent regardless.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your legal rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If any part is found to be invalid, the rest stays in effect.

The Cox Studio may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order, and the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
