Sizing Kit & Nail Shape Policy
All orders begin with a mandatory sizing kit to ensure a perfect fit. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate sizing based on this kit. Incorrect sizing will not be eligible for refunds, replacements, or adjustments.
The Cox Studio offers a wide range of 14 shapes and lengths, from XXS to Long, in 6 available styles. Once sizing is confirmed and a shape is selected, no changes can be made to the nail tips. The final nails will be made using the exact tip selected, with no alterations to shape, length, or curvature.
Please note: These are professional gel tips, specifically designed to maintain structure and durability. They cannot be reshaped into a different style. In some rare cases, minor modifications (such as slightly rounding corners or softening edges) may be possible for an additional fee — but this does not apply to major shape changes.
If you are unsure or unhappy with the selected tip, you are welcome to try another shape — but please do not place an order expecting the tips to be reshaped or restructured. These expectations fall outside the scope of what is physically possible and will not be accommodated.
Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Please be aware that colors may appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings, and device displays. Photos shared on social media, websites, or via messages may not always reflect the exact shade in real life.
The Cox Studio is not responsible for any perceived color differences due to these variations.
If you wish to see and compare colors in person before placing an order, you may purchase a Shade Finder, which includes real gel samples for more accurate selection.
Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of this work and in adherence to health and hygiene standards, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances once work has begun.
Each set is custom-made to order, based on the information and references provided by the client. Time, materials, and creative labour are invested from the moment the order is confirmed.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all order details are accurate before purchase. This includes:

Incomplete, vague, or incorrect instructions may result in a set that does not meet your expectations. If something is not explicitly stated, it cannot be assumed. No refunds or replacements will be offered due to miscommunication or missing details on the client’s part.
Design Interpretation
Designs created by other artists will never be copied exactly. Any reference images are used for inspiration only and will be interpreted in The Cox Studio’s signature style, adapted to your nail length, size, and proportions.
Slight variation in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or hand-painted elements. This is not considered a flaw.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
The Cox Studio’s responsibility ends once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping courier.

Tracked delivery is strongly recommended. For registered shipments, An Post will handle compensation for loss or non-delivery, subject to their terms.

Untracked delivery is at the customer’s own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from untracked or standard post.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (Ireland) or 15 working days (International) of shipping confirmation, please email: jenifercox@thecoxstudio.com.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess the situation.
Product Use Disclaimer
All products are intended for their designated use only. Clients must follow all provided instructions carefully. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or underlying medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before use.
The Cox Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from incorrect use, failure to follow instructions, individual sensitivities, or improper storage. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept out of reach of children.
By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for how the products are used, regardless of whether you believe instructions were followed correctly. The Cox Studio is not responsible for any undesired outcome related to product application, removal, reaction, or performance.
Adhesive Disclaimer
All nail sets include adhesive tabs only by default. Glue is not included and must be purchased separately through the website if desired.
The Cox Studio does not manufacture any glue products and is not responsible for their ingredients, performance, or compatibility with your skin or nails. If you choose to use glue — whether purchased from the website or elsewhere — you do so entirely at your own risk.
If you experience any irritation or reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
The Cox Studio accepts no liability for any issues related to adhesive use, including application, removal, reaction, or performance.
Policy Updates
The Cox Studio reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice and without indicating when changes were made. It is the client’s responsibility to review the current version before placing an order. Use of our services implies acceptance of the most recent terms, whether or not they have been reviewed.
