Established in 2020 and officially launched in 2022, The Cox Studio Nails was born because for a long time the traditional nail salon just wasn't a place where I felt I belonged. As someone who is neurodivergent I couldn't bear the sensory side of it – the strong smells, the feeling of someone touching my hands for hours, and the constant cost of having to go back every few weeks. I knew there were so many others who felt the same and wanted salon quality nails without the stress or the massive time and money commitment.
The Cox Studio Nails brings professional quality to you on your own terms. This is for the people who can't wear nails every day because of their work, their religion, or just their lifestyle, and for those who simply want the freedom to choose when they have a flawless manicure. Unlike the mass produced press ons you find in shops and online, that are flimsy, break instantly, and feel like cheap plastic, I wanted to create a brand where you get the best of both worlds.
Every set is a custom creation expertly hand-painted by me using professional grade materials to ensure they have the same strength and perfect finish you'd get in a high end salon. Because everything I do is 100% customizable and completely reusable*, you get a bespoke manicure you can apply and remove whenever you want.
