HOW TO ORDER
The Cox Studio Nails is a virtual salon that operates just like an in-person one — with a booking system and limited weekly availability. All orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Ordering window: Monday at 9 AM to Wednesday at 7 PM
Orders and consultations are not available on Thursdays, Fridays, or weekends. This schedule allows every order to be created and shipped on time without disruption.
To ensure a smooth process, please contact us via email, live chat, or Instagram before making any purchase. Any orders placed without prior confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
Step 1 – Sizing Kit
Begin by ordering a Sizing Kit to ensure a perfect fit.
This step is essential for all first-time clients, much like trying on clothes before buying.
The €5 paid for your sizing kit will be credited as a voucher toward your first nail order.
If you are unsure which shape or length to choose, contact us for guidance. A Shape Finder service is also available to help you understand the different options before your consultation.

This sizing kit is fully refundable and goes towards your first custom nail set order.
You’ll receive a €5 discount code after your first sizing kit purchase to use at checkout on your nail order.

Step 2 – Nail Consultation (Mandatory)
A nail consultation is required for every single order.
Because we only accept a limited number of clients per week, consultations help us plan production and maintain quality.
During your consultation, we will discuss your desired design in detail to ensure that your final set matches your vision exactly.
After your consultation, you will receive a personalized checkout link.
Payment must be completed by midnight (Ireland time) on the same day as your consultation. If payment is not received by then, your booking will be cancelled and your spot offered to another client.

Availability
A limited number of sets are released each week on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ordering Window
Orders and nail consultations are open Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Orders cannot be placed on Thursday or Friday, but you are always welcome to message me during business hours if you need anything (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM).
Once all available spots are filled, ordering will close until the following Monday so production can focus on that week’s sets.
If you’ve had a nail consultation, please complete checkout the same day to secure your spot. Unconfirmed consultations may be released to other clients.
Processing Times
Processing typically takes 5 to 14 working days.
Need it sooner? A Rush My Order option is available for a 2-working-day turnaround. This service is very limited — please message first to confirm availability.
