All sets are custom-made, which means cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not possible. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you must contact the courier to file a compensation claim. Compensation is only available if registered shipping was selected. Standard shipping does not include any form of coverage, and I am unable to provide assistance for lost or damaged orders.
Each set is handcrafted with care, and detailed instructions are provided to ensure a smooth ordering process. I am not responsible for incorrect sizing if the wrong measurements were provided or if important ordering details were overlooked. Please review all information carefully before placing an order.
Since all sets are made to order and cannot be resold, returned parcels will not be refunded. If an order is returned to me, such as an unclaimed package, re-delivery arrangements will need to be made.
